The automatic tank cleaning device can automatically execute the sampling program
Date: 2025-12-10Read: 0
The automatic tank cleaning device is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or other control system, which can automatically execute the sampling program, reduce manual operation, and improve efficiency. Equipped with a sampling pump and valve system, it automatically extracts target liquid or gas samples according to preset programs. The sampling pipeline design is reasonable to ensure that the sampling process is not contaminated by external factors.
Before each sampling, the equipment will automatically clean by rinsing the sampling pipeline with cleaning liquid to ensure the purity of the next sampling. The cleaning process can be completed through the built-in cleaning pump and liquid circulation system. By repeatedly inflating and evacuating, remove residual impurities such as VOCs and moisture in the sampling tank with nitrogen or zero level air. After the tank cleaning is completed, the sampling tank is in a vacuum state, preparing for the next sampling. Real time monitoring of sampling parameters (such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, etc.) and recording of data for subsequent analysis. Users can view real-time status and historical data through the interface.
Precautions for using the automatic tank cleaning device:
1. Safe operation
-For oil containing gas tanks, it is necessary to prevent fire and explosion risks, ensure ventilation on site, and remove flammable materials.
-Operators need to undergo safety training and wear protective equipment (such as gas masks and gloves).
2. Equipment maintenance
-Regularly check the performance of pump bodies (such as oil-free molecular diaphragm pumps and turbo pumps) to avoid insufficient vacuum due to wear and tear.
-Clean and dry the tank to prevent residual moisture from causing corrosion.
3. Parameter optimization
-Adjust temperature, pressure, and cycle times according to the material of the tank (such as Suma tank) and the type of pollutant. For example, the heating function can improve the efficiency of VOCs removal.
-For complex media (such as solid particles), instrument components designed with corrosion-resistant materials should be selected.
4. Verification and retesting
-After the initial cleaning, it is recommended to conduct periodic re inspections and evaluate the long-term effects based on microbiological indicators (in the food/pharmaceutical industry) or chemical residue standards.
-Collect user feedback and dynamically adjust cleaning strategies.
