Suma jar cleaning deviceIt is an automated equipment used for cleaning gas sampling tanks (such as Suma tanks and Tedlar airbags), which removes residual pollutants through a cycle of "vacuuming+high-purity nitrogen flushing" to ensure sampling accuracy. The Suma tank cleaning instrument is an instrument in the VOCs ultra-low temperature pretreatment system. The VOCs ultra-low temperature pretreatment system consists of a pre concentration instrument, an automatic dilution instrument, an automatic sampler, and an automatic tank cleaning instrument.
Advantage:
1. Suitable for automatic cleaning of sampling tanks and airbags of different specifications on the market.
2. Using an oil-free pump, the final vacuum degree is less than 50mTorr, and the maximum vacuum degree is 1.5mTorr.
3. Number of channels: 8 digits.
4. One click operation, with automatic humidification and leak detection functions, saving manpower.
Standard cleaning process:
Vacuumization: Connect the sampling tank to the cleaning system, release pressure, and evacuate to 50mTorr (approximately 23-25 'Hg) for 1 hour.
Pressurization and Heating: Introduce humidified air or high-purity nitrogen gas into the tank for pressurization (5psi when heated, 30psi when not heated), and then heat the tank to 120-150 ° C (note the Viton of the Nupro valve) ® O-rings are not resistant to high temperatures and should be kept away from direct heating for at least 1 hour.
Vacuum again: After heating, vacuum again for 1 hour to remove absorbed impurities.
Verification and repetition: Verify the cleaning effect through mass spectrometry analysis. If it does not meet the standard, repeat the above steps 1-5 times until there are no impurities in the tank.
Attention:
For heavily polluted sampling tanks, it is necessary to increase the number of cleaning cycles.
After cleaning the exhaust gas sample, it is more difficult to remove the residue inside the tank. It is recommended to use disposable sampling bags instead.
