Introduction to Freeze Drying Process of Anti corrosion Freeze Drying Machine
Date: 2025-08-25Read: 1
Regarding the freeze-drying process of anti-corrosion freeze-drying machines, it involves a technology that uses low temperature and vacuum conditions to remove moisture from substances, while retaining the structure and activity of the substances themselves. This technology is commonly used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and microbiology, especially for substances that require long-term stability. The main steps are as follows:
1. Preprocessing
Cooling and freezing: Pre freeze the material to -40 ℃ or lower to freeze its internal moisture. This step is crucial for maintaining the shape and structure of the product.
Pre treatment agent use: Some substances may require the addition of protective agents or pre-treatment liquids (such as glycerol, glucose, etc.) to prevent crystallization or damage during the freeze-drying process.
2. Primary drying (sublimation)
Low temperature vacuum environment: Under low temperature and vacuum conditions, the moisture in the material begins to sublime directly from the solid state into gas, without going through the liquid stage.
Temperature and pressure control: Set appropriate temperature and pressure conditions based on the characteristics of the material to ensure smooth sublimation process without damaging the structure or activity of the material.
3. Secondary drying (removing residual moisture)
Slight increase in temperature: At this stage, the material temperature will slightly increase to help remove the remaining moisture. Due to the removal of most of the moisture, the residual moisture is usually less than 2%.
Maintain vacuum state: Ensure that the material is in a vacuum environment to prevent moisture from re condensing.
4. Cooling and packaging
Temperature recovery and packaging: After completing the freeze-drying process, the material is slowly heated and restored to room temperature, and then packaged to avoid moisture absorption and ensure long-term stability.
Characteristics of anti-corrosion freeze-drying machine:
Anti corrosion protection: This model will undergo anti-corrosion treatment during the freeze-drying process to prevent microbial growth, especially for biological samples or foods that require long-term preservation.
High efficiency: capable of removing most of the moisture without damaging the original properties of the material.
Long term storage: This process is very suitable for items that need to be stored at room temperature for a long time.
