Reasons for TOC analyzer
Ten years is enough time for significant changes in TOC analysis technology, as new instruments may adopt more advanced detection techniques such as higher accuracy, faster analysis speed, and wider detection range, providing more accurate and efficient analysis results.
As the service life increases, the old TOC analyzer will require more frequent maintenance and parts replacement, which will gradually increase maintenance costs. In the long run, replacing the new instrument may be more economical.
After long-term operation, the sensors and circuit board chips in the instrument are prone to aging and failure, leading to an increase in calibration deviation and affecting the accuracy and reliability of the data.
The new model of TOC analyzer has greatly improved in terms of user interface, data processing, and automation compared to the old model, which can enhance operational efficiency and help reduce labor costs.
As time goes by, the technical support and after-sales service of the old TOC analyzer will gradually decrease, while the new instrument will provide more comprehensive technical support and service guarantee.
