What is the reason for discovering that the electrochemical workstation has no current response or the current response value is a straight line
Date: 2025-05-21Read: 0
Electrochemical analysis system (workstation)There are multiple methods provided, which can be used with one machine for multiple purposes. That is, more than thirty different methods of electrochemical and electroanalytical chemistry experiments can be conducted on the same instrument. The use is flexible and convenient, and the experimental curves are displayed in real-time, making the experimental process more intuitive and convenient.
There are two main types of electrochemical workstations: single channel workstations and multi-channel workstations. The difference is that multi-channel workstations can perform multiple sample tests simultaneously, which has higher testing efficiency than single channel workstations. They are suitable for large-scale R&D testing needs and can significantly accelerate R&D speed. Electrochemistry is the science that studies the relationship between electricity and chemical reactions. The interaction between electricity and chemical reactions can be achieved through batteries or through high-voltage electrostatic discharge, both of which are collectively referred to as electrochemistry. The latter is a branch of electrochemistry called discharge electrochemistry. Therefore, electrochemistry often specifically refers to the science of batteries.
There is no current response or the current response value is a straight line:
Usually, this situation occurs when the electrode wire is not connected or disconnected. There are two methods, one is to replace the electrode wire with a new one; The second method is to re weld the broken wire.
Welding electrode wire method:
1. Disconnect from the position where the electrode wire is frequently twisted;
2. Peel off 10mm of the protective plastic in front of the electrode wire, and you can see a layer of shielding wire inside;
3. Separate the shielded wires and cut them clean from the root;
4. Peel off a 3mm long central wire at the front end and pre tin it;
5. Cover the front with a sleeve or insulating tape to prevent the shielding wire from touching the electrode clamp and causing signal loss;
6. Weld the electrode wire onto the electrode clamp;
7. Use pliers to clamp the electrode wires between the two pieces here, tighten them slightly, and finally put on a plastic sleeve.
