Electrochemical workstationIt is controlled by a waveform generation system, a data acquisition system, a constant potential constant current system, an impedance analysis high-frequency module, and a 16 bit microcontroller. It is connected to the main computer through a high-speed USB interface and displays the values of current, potential, time, and their graphical relationships in real time during experiments. When measuring AC impedance, the Bode plot is directly displayed in real time. Widely used in research and testing of corrosion electrochemistry, electrochemical mechanisms, corrosion inhibitors, water quality stabilizers, coatings, rapid evaluation of cathodic protection efficiency, hydrogen permeation testing, metal materials in conductive media (including water/concrete environments), membranes, conductive polymers, semiconductors, surface treatment, batteries and fuel cells, capacitors and interfaces, etc.

Common faults:
Abnormal current/potential:
Electrode connection issue: Poor contact or short circuit between the working electrode and the reference electrode, requiring reconnection.
Sensitivity setting too high: When data overflows, the sensitivity parameter needs to be reduced.
Electrolyte contamination: Impurities may cause polarization abnormalities, and the electrolytic cell needs to be cleaned and fresh electrolyte replaced.
Data collection issues:
Abnormal scanning curve: Improper sensitivity setting (causing jagged curves when set too high and data overflow when set too low).
Cyclic voltammetry (CV) instability: The first cycle data is unreliable, and it is recommended to scan at least 20 cycles (40 times) to obtain a stable curve.
Environmental interference:
Electromagnetic interference: Keep away from large motors, transformers, and other equipment, and ensure good grounding of the power supply.
Temperature fluctuations: Temperature sensitive systems need to control the ambient temperature (such as battery testing).
Hardware malfunction:
Internal resistance test failed: If the slope exceeds the range of 990~1010 Ω, please contact the manufacturer to test the RF module or motherboard.
Electrode system issue: Surface contamination or untreated oxide layer on the electrode, requiring cleaning or replacement of the electrode.
