The operator will place the battery to be sealed in a specific location on the device and then start the device. At this point, the positioning device will quickly fix the battery in the accurate position to ensure the accuracy of the sealing. Next, the sealing component will descend under the command of the control system to preheat the battery. The purpose of this step is to achieve the appropriate temperature for components such as the battery case and cover plate, creating favorable conditions for subsequent sealing operations. Subsequently, the formal sealing process begins, and under certain pressure and temperature, a firm seal will be formed between the battery casing and the cover plate. After the sealing is completed, the sealing component will automatically rise, and the battery positioning device will also release the battery. The operator can then remove the sealed battery and proceed to the next step of testing or packaging.
