1、 Working principle: Mechanical art of precision design

The core working principle of SEKO metering pump is based on the mechanical reciprocating motion of positive displacement pump. The motor drives the worm through the coupling, and through the reduction of the worm gear, the main shaft and the eccentric rotate and move back and forth in the sliding adjustment seat of the bow shaped connecting rod driven by the eccentric wheel.

When the plunger moves backwards, a vacuum gradually forms in the pump chamber, the suction valve opens, and the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber; When the plunger moves forward, the suction valve closes and the discharge valve opens, and the liquid is discharged under the push of the plunger. It is mainly divided into two types: electromagnetic drive and motor drive. Tekna EVO series: a fully functional and reliable electromagnetic driven metering pump with a maximum flow rate of 54L/H and a maximum pressure of 20 bar. This series offers multiple models including AKS (manual adjustment), AKL (with liquid level probe interface), APG (supporting external signal adjustment), etc.

Spring series: including PS1, PS2 plunger metering pumps and MS1, MS0 mechanical diaphragm metering pumps. The flow range of PS1 series is 1.5-304L/H, with a maximum pressure of 20 bar; The PS2 series can achieve a flow rate of 400-1000L/H; The flow rate of MS1 mechanical diaphragm pump is 5.5-460L/H, with a maximum pressure of 10bar.

Its technological advantages are significant. Its measurement accuracy is as high as ± 1%, far exceeding the industry average level. The flow regulation range is wide, up to 1000:1, with a flow range of 0.1-20000L/h and a maximum discharge pressure of 64Mpa. The pump body materials are diverse, including PVC, PP, SS316, PVDF, etc., which can adapt to various chemical environments.
