OtoUltra Micro Optics has long focused on developing precision optical technologies that combine microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). *Quality

Our company currently holds certifications such as CE, FD, and RoHS compliance. Computer assisted precision calibration has been fully introduced in the manufacturing process. All auxiliary adjustment tools, alignment software and hardware, as well as real-time automatic feedback of precision values (resolution, wavelength accuracy, stray light ratio, light induction intensity, etc.) have been independently developed by our R&D personnel. This not only significantly saves the cost of manual alignment and calibration, but also eliminates errors in manual operation and increases product quality. Therefore, the spectrometer provided by our company to customers has strict specifications and quality standards.

In terms of self testing, in addition to providing our own constant temperature and humidity monitoring and testing system, we have also established a long-term cooperative relationship with our legal shareholder (a listed optical company). All products undergo rigorous impact, vibration, and even drop testing through their standard environmental testing laboratory.

OtoUltra micro optics has years of experience in optical technology research and development, and our mission has always been to move products towards lighter weight. In order to achieve this goal, the key technology core of Z is to replace the "quasi plane mirror plane optical structure focusing plane mirror" of general spectrometers with "microchip optical structure". In the architecture, we use a single component and a small volume of Z to achieve spectral separation and focusing functions, and achieve a spectral resolution of within 2 nanometers. With the support of a strong software development team, we have independently developed optical algorithms, high-precision semiconductor processes, and optical electromechanical integration capabilities, simplifying the optical structure to achieve the goal of reducing the size of the optical system and achieving the same resolution as large spectrometers. Due to the miniaturization of spectrometers, their applications can be expanded to four major industries, including optoelectronic detection, environmental monitoring, color detection, and biomedical measurement. Due to the testing needs of every industry, we believe that the emergence of micro spectroscopy can drive the development of spectral analysis components and optoelectronic related industries.
