High temperature sample stageIt is an experimental equipment that can stably support and heat samples in high temperature environments, widely used in fields such as materials science, chemistry, physics, geology, and minerals. Its core function is to achieve performance characterization and process observation of samples under high temperature conditions through precise temperature control.
1、 Technical parameters: Temperature range and accuracy are core indicators
temperature range
routineHigh temperature sample stageThe working temperature covers room temperature to 1500 ℃. If the vacuum high-temperature heating stage uses platinum wire heating units and sapphire sample pieces, it can achieve high-temperature heating at 1500 ℃, which is suitable for research on ceramic sintering, metal phase transition and other conditions.
Some devices have extended the lower temperature limit through modular design, such as QSense ® The high-temperature sample stage expands the temperature range to 4-150 ℃ through an external heater/cooling device, meeting the needs of low-temperature phase transition research.
temperature control accuracy
The temperature stability of the equipment reaches ± 1 ℃. For example, the vacuum high-temperature hot stage is equipped with a center hole thermocouple for real-time temperature calibration, ensuring the accuracy of experiments such as metal phase transition and thermal behavior of polymer materials.
Some devices support program temperature rise and constant temperature maintenance, such as the vacuum high-temperature heating table with optional computer control system, which can achieve complex temperature control processes and adapt to material synthesis and annealing processes.
2、 Structural design: equal emphasis on modularity and security
Heating unit design
The core heating element is made of high-temperature resistant materials, such as platinum wire wrapped around a ceramic cup in a vacuum high-temperature heating table, which has antioxidant properties; The TEM solid ultra-high temperature heating sample stage adopts tungsten wire heating elements, which can withstand high temperatures above 1500 ℃.
The sample stage is equipped with a sapphire carrier or ceramic substrate, such as a 7mm sapphire carrier, which is matched with an optical system to adapt to an objective lens with a minimum working distance of 6.0mm, ensuring clear microscopic observation at high temperatures.
Protection and safety mechanisms
The double-layer water-cooled protection system protects the safety of the lens and operators, and automatically starts cooling when the working temperature of the vacuum high-temperature hot table exceeds 500 ℃.
The airtight sample chamber supports a vacuum degree of 10 ⁻ mbar and a protective gas environment to prevent sample oxidation, making it suitable for high-temperature phase transformation research of alloys in inert gas environments.
