  Paperless recorderIt is an intelligent data recording device based on microprocessors and electronic storage technology, which uses high-performance ARM chips to real-time collect, process, and store analog signals (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) from industrial sites, replacing traditional paper recorders with pen, ink, and paper. The workflow is divided into four steps:
Data collection: Sensors convert physical signals (such as temperature signals from thermocouples) into digital signals;
Data processing: The microprocessor performs filtering, calibration, and compensation operations on the signal (such as temperature and pressure compensation);
Data storage: Data is stored in binary form in built-in flash memory or SD card, and supports cyclic overwrite;
Data display: Real time display of numbers, curves, bar charts or alarm lists through LCD screen, and support touch operation.

Chemical reactor monitoring
Real time recording of temperature and pressure curves, automatic interlocking shutdown when exceeding limits, to avoid explosion accidents.
