After installing control and graphic measurement software, the computer becomes a measurement brain with software soul, which is the main body of the entire device.

Working principle of anime image measuring instrument

The anime image measuring instrument uses its own hardware (CCD, eyepiece, objective lens data line, video acquisition card) to transfer the captured image to the computer data acquisition card through the data line, and then the software images on the computer display, and the operator uses the mouse to carry out rapid measurement on the computer. The above process is basically completed in tens of thousands of seconds, so it can be regarded as a real-time detection device, or more narrowly, a dynamic measurement device. If the configuration meets the requirements, the device will not produce image lag phenomenon. Depending on the size of the workpiece, the worktable can choose different strokes. The brightness of the light source can be adjusted, and the most suitable light source brightness can be selected under various lighting conditions.

1. The instrument should be placed in a clean and dry room (room temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃, humidity below 60%) to avoid surface contamination of optical parts, rusting of metal parts, and dust and debris falling onto the motion guide rail, which may affect the performance of the instrument.

2. After using the instrument, the working surface should be wiped clean at all times and covered with a dust cover.

3. The transmission mechanism and motion guide rail of the instrument should be regularly lubricated with oil to ensure smooth movement and maintain good usability.

4. The glass and paint surfaces of the workbench are dirty, and can be wiped clean with a neutral cleaner and water. Never use organic solvents to wipe the paint surface, otherwise it will cause the paint surface to lose its luster.

5. The LED light source of the instrument has a long service life, but when a bulb burns out, please notify the instrument manufacturer and have a professional replace it for you.

6. Precision components of instruments, such as imaging systems, workbenches, optical rulers, and Z-axis transmission mechanisms, require precise calibration. All adjustment screws and fastening screws are fixed, and customers are not allowed to disassemble them on their own. If there are any problems, please notify the manufacturer for resolution.

7. The software has compensated for the error between the workbench and the optical ruler. Please do not make any changes on your own. Otherwise, incorrect measurement results may occur.

8. All electrical connectors of the instrument should generally not be unplugged. If they have been unplugged, they must be correctly plugged back in according to the markings and the screws must be tightened. Incorrect plugging can affect the functionality of the instrument, and in severe cases, may damage the system.
