1. Preparation before measurement.

2. Turn on the computer, turn on the power switch of the machine, and check if the machine starts normally.

3. Clean the surface of the workpiece being tested.

4. Measurement

Firstly, move the measuring needle correctly, smoothly, and reliably on the surface of the workpiece being measured. Secondly, the workpiece should be fixed to ensure that there is no looseness or other factors that may cause the measuring needle to collide with the workpiece. Then, set the required measurement conditions on the instrument. Next, start measuring. During the measurement process, it is not allowed to touch the workpiece or artificially shake the table. After the measurement is completed, analyze the results according to the drawings, mark the results, and save and print them.

3、 Maintenance and upkeep of Sanfeng surface profilometer supplied by Sanfeng surface profilometer manufacturer:

1. Before starting up and after measuring every day, use a high weave cotton cloth to stain the surface, measuring needle, and track of the cleaning equipment.

2. When not in use, turn off all power sources and put on the protective cover of the measuring needle.

3. It is strictly prohibited to use brooms to clean the ground to prevent dust from being raised.

4. Perform comprehensive maintenance and precision adjustment on the instrument.
