Animal drug injection pumpIt is a high-precision liquid delivery device designed specifically for animal experiments and clinical treatment, capable of accurately controlling the flow rate, dosage, and injection mode of drugs or liquids. It is widely used in scientific research, veterinary medicine, and home healthcare fields. The device is driven by a stepper motor as its core, which converts rotational motion into linear motion through a screw, and drives the syringe piston to achieve liquid delivery. Its control accuracy can reach the microliter level, and some models support nanoinjection (such as 0.0001 μ L/min), meeting the stringent requirements of small animal experiments. The device is equipped with a 5-inch to 4.3-inch LCD touch screen that supports switching between Chinese and English. It can preset injection volume, flow rate, working modes (such as infusion, extraction, single push cycle, etc.), and cycle times.
Animal drug injection pumpOperation stage:
1. Preparation stage
Check equipment status: Before starting work every day, carefully inspect all components of the infusion pump, including power cords, buttons, display screens, etc., to ensure that the equipment can operate normally.
Choose appropriate infusion tubes and syringes: Choose appropriate infusion tubes and syringes based on the animal's body size and condition to avoid problems caused by improper size.
Prepare the medication and confirm the dosage: Prepare the medication accurately according to the doctor's advice, and strictly check the dosage to prevent errors from occurring.
2. Operation phase
Installation of infusion tube and syringe: Install the infusion tube and syringe correctly on the infusion pump, ensuring a tight connection without leakage and no bubbles present.
Set infusion parameters: Set infusion rate, total amount, and time limits according to the veterinary prescription, and verify again after inputting to ensure accuracy.
Start and monitor the infusion process: After starting the infusion pump, closely observe its operating status and animal reactions, and promptly handle any abnormal situations.
3. End stage
Turn off the device and remove the infusion tube: When ending the infusion, turn off the infusion pump first, and then carefully remove the infusion tube, moving gently to avoid harming the animal.
Record infusion situation: Record in detail the operation details, such as medication dosage, infusion speed, animal reactions, etc., to provide reference for subsequent treatment.
Cleaning and maintenance: Thoroughly clean and disinfect the infusion pump, conduct regular comprehensive inspections and maintenance to ensure safety for the next use.
