Regarding the jet homogenizerThe core of maintenance is to protect the high-pressure system, interaction chambers, and pipelines, ensuring homogeneous efficiency and equipment stability. The key points revolve around the maintenance of core components and parameter monitoring.
1、 High voltage system maintenance
Regularly check the hydraulic oil level and quality of the booster pump, replace the hydraulic oil according to the operating time (usually 2000 hours), and avoid oil contamination that may cause pump body wear.
Check the high-pressure seals (such as sealing rings and gaskets), and replace them promptly if there is leakage or aging to prevent high-pressure leakage from affecting the homogenization effect.
2、 Interaction chamber and nozzle maintenance
After each use, rinse the chamber and nozzle with clean water or an appropriate solvent to remove residual materials and avoid scaling and clogging of microchannels (especially after handling high viscosity materials).
Regularly inspect the wear of diamond nozzles and interaction chambers. If scratches or enlarged aperture occur, replace them promptly to ensure jet velocity and collision effectiveness.
3、 Maintenance of pipeline and filtration system
Clean the feed filter to remove impurities and large particles, and prevent nozzle blockage or scratching of high-pressure pipelines.
Check the tightness of the inlet and outlet pipeline connections to avoid loosening and leakage under high pressure, regularly replace aging pipelines to prevent the risk of rupture.
4、 Operating parameters and equipment environment maintenance
Avoid long-term overpressure and overcurrent operation. Preheat the system with no load before each startup and rinse it with clean water before shutdown to reduce material residue.
Regularly calibrate pressure and flow sensors to ensure accurate parameter display, and promptly troubleshoot any pressure fluctuations or unstable flow.
The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture and dust from corroding electrical components. The body and heat dissipation port should be regularly cleaned of dust.
5、 Long term idle maintenance
Before leaving idle, thoroughly rinse the system with clean water to drain any residual liquid in the pipeline and prevent material solidification or corrosion of components.
Disconnect the power supply, seal the inlet and outlet, and perform dust and moisture prevention measures. Run the components for 10 minutes without load every month to maintain their flexibility.
