The PSA oxygen production system mainly consists of an air compressor, filter, air dryer, air buffer tank, activated carbon filter, oxygen production host, oxygen storage tank, sterilization filter, oxygen booster, filling valve group, etc. After removing dust particles through the inlet filter, the raw air is pressurized to 0.5Mpa by the air compressor. Firstly, a small amount of oil carried by the compressed air when the air compressor is just started is removed by the filter. Then, the water is condensed by the air dryer, and enters an adsorber in the oxygen production main machine through the suction dryer and activated carbon filter. The adsorber is filled with adsorbent, in which water, carbon dioxide, and a small amount of other gas components are adsorbed by the activated alumina loaded at the bottom at the inlet of the adsorber, and then nitrogen is adsorbed by the molecular sieve loaded on the upper part of the activated alumina. And oxygen, as a non adsorbed component, is discharged from the top outlet of the adsorber as product gas to the oxygen balance tank. It is then increased to the required oxygen pressure by the oxygen compressor and sent to the subsequent oxygen consumption section for use.
