Working principle: The X-ray tube emits X-rays, which are then monochromatized by DCC hyperbolic curved crystal before being focused and irradiated onto the sample to produce secondary characteristic X-ray fluorescence. Due to the enhanced energy of monochromatic focused X-ray fluorescence and the absence of interference from stray light, the characteristic X-ray fluorescence of each element produced by the sample can be detected with excellent detection limits and high-precision quantitative results through detector signal calculation response;
The FP basic parameter method or empirical coefficient calibration method can be used to establish quantitative methods for each sample matrix.
