In 1995, at the invitation of the Rocket Technology Research Institute of the Ministry of Space, we successfully developed the CLJ-BII dust particle counter specifically designed for detecting rocket launch gases. The technicians have submitted the reliability of the successful rocket launch through the detection of the launch gas. In more than a decade of practice, we have continuously improved and submitted this instrument. So far, dozens of them are serving the development, production, and launch sites of carrier rockets. It can be said that every successful launch of the Long March carrier rocket has our (Hongrui people) contribution.
In 1994, with the help and guidance of the Molecular Product Quality Testing Center of Jinan Medical Bureau of the National Medical Administration, our company successfully developed the CLJ-BIIG dust particle counter in accordance with the relevant provisions of YY/T0142-94 standard. It can not only detect the purification effect and level of clean room (area) environment, but also conveniently test the filtration rate of air filters used for infusion (blood transfusion) equipment. It has contributed to the smooth implementation of GB8368-1998 standard and become an indispensable instrument for disposable infusion (blood transfusion) equipment factories and their testing departments.
Under the guidance of the Shandong Medical Device Product Quality Testing Center and in accordance with the requirements of YY/T05064-2005 standard, our company successfully developed the GLF-1 "Dry floc testing system" in 2007, which uses our company's high flow dust particle counter to detect dry floc in surgical orders, surgical gowns, and clean clothes for patients, medical staff, and instruments. We became the drafting unit for the fourth part of the standard, "Dry floc testing method".
