Water valve actuatorIt is a core driving device used to control the opening and closing or adjustment of valves in water systems. Depending on the control method and application scenario, it is mainly divided into two categories: electric and intelligent.
Application Scenario:
HVAC - boiler feedwater control, cooling tower flow regulation, air conditioning unit valves.
Water treatment - Gate valves for sewage treatment plants and ball valves for water treatment plants.
Intelligent Irrigation - Remote Control DN100 Irrigation Ball Valve (Supports LoRa/4G Communication).
Industrial process - chemical pipeline medium regulation, food and pharmaceutical hygiene grade PP ball valve.
Operation Instructions:
1. Operation sequence:
A. Connect the actuator to the valve body.
B. Connect the power and control signal lines completely.
C. According to the application conditions, set the dip switch on the circuit board to the corresponding position.
D. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the corresponding LED indicator light of the actuator should light up. Press the "red" self-tuning button for about 3 seconds to perform valve stroke self-tuning. After the self-tuning process between the electric actuator and the valve body is completed, the actuator enters normal operation and will operate according to the control signal at that time. During the actuator self-tuning process, do not disconnect the power and perform other operations
2. Introduction to valve position feedback signal:
The actuator can provide real-time valve position feedback signals to the outside, and the direction of change of the feedback signal always corresponds to the direction of change of the control signal. The type of feedback signal can be set through the dip switch on the circuit board.
3. Manual operation:
A. Open the upper cover.
B. Disconnect the power switch of the actuator, and the power indicator light should turn off.
C. Insert the randomly attached special wrench into the top of the manual shaft.
D. According to the instructions in the silk screen image of the upper cover, turn the wrench clockwise to make the spindle run upwards; Rotate counterclockwise.
E. After the manual operation is completed, remove the manual wrench, reset the rubber plug, turn on the power switch, and enter the electric mode.
F. When not in use, please place the specialized wrench into the groove on the upper cover and press it down to secure it in place to prevent loss. Once the manual wrench is lost, a standard 6mm hex wrench can also be used for operation.
