Rotary heating furnaceThe centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, under the action of electromagnetic heating, achieves the separation or mixing of materials during the heating process. The temperature of the internal cavity environment can be adjusted and set according to the experimental requirements of the material. Widely used in central laboratories of various scientific research institutions, university teaching experiments, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
Daily inspection and cleaning:
Sealing inspection: Regularly check the sealing strip of the furnace door to ensure no aging or damage, and avoid heat loss.
Furnace body cleaning: Remove residues (such as oxide scale and oil stains) inside the furnace, use a soft cloth or plastic tool to clean, and avoid scratching the inner wall.
Key component maintenance:
Transmission system:
Check the tension of the chain every month. If it is too loose, it may cause tooth skipping, and if it is too tight, it will increase the load on the motor.
Use high-temperature resistant lubricating oil (such as lithium grease) to lubricate the head/corners, and the gearbox needs to be regularly replenished with worm gear oil.
Bearings and valves:
Check if the rotating bearing is damaged, and ensure that the valve positioner has no blockage in the gas supply pipeline and no aging of the signal line.
Regular maintenance standards:
Lubrication management:
The straight section is filled with sewing machine oil every month, and the sprocket joint is designed with wear-resistant protective plates.
Low viscosity lubricating oil should be replaced in winter to avoid excessive starting resistance.
Mandatory maintenance cycle:
Perform first level maintenance (check pressure gauge, safety valve, etc.) every 2000 hours, and third level maintenance (comprehensive inspection) every 9000 hours.
