Maintenance and upkeep of box type pre oxidation treatment furnace

Pre oxidation furnaceIt is divided into two parts: preheating chamber and oxidation furnace. Pass the air through an adjustable flow meter and quantitatively enter the preheating chamber for preheating. Fill the preheating chamber with high-temperature materials to make the incoming air more dispersed and the heating more uniform. The preheated air passes through the gas distribution plate and uniformly enters the oxidation furnace, allowing the oxidized material to undergo sufficient oxidation with the air inside the oxidation furnace. Preheating temperature: adjustable from room temperature to 250 ℃, with a maximum working temperature of 400 ℃. Mainly used for laboratory oxidation experiments on materials.

The oxidation furnace adopts independent PID temperature control to ensure temperature control accuracy and stability.

Daily maintenance points:
Cleaning work:
Regularly wipe the exterior of the furnace with a soft cloth to prevent dust from entering the furnace.
After the equipment has cooled down, use a soft bristled brush or specialized tool to clean the debris and oxide scale on the furnace wall and bottom to avoid accumulation and affecting the heating effect.
The stains inside the furnace can be wiped with a slightly damp soft cloth, but it is necessary to avoid moisture from contacting electrical components.
Electrical system inspection:
Check whether the wires and cables are damaged or aged, and replace the wires with damaged insulation layers in a timely manner.
Ensure that the electrical connection points are secure to prevent overheating caused by poor contact.
Observe heating elements (such as resistance wires and silicon carbide rods) for any signs of fracture, deformation, or corrosion. If there are any abnormalities, repair or replacement is necessary.
Ventilation system maintenance:
Regularly clean the ventilation openings to avoid blockages that may cause uneven temperature distribution or accumulation of harmful gases.
Check the operation status of the fan to ensure that the air volume is normal.
