1. Please check if the local remote button on the control cabinet is in remote mode. If the button light is on, it means remote.

2. If the remote file still cannot be connected, please close the thickness gauge software in the task manager on the computer and restart the software. OK

3. If the software still cannot be connected after closing, please close the thickness gauge software, then turn off the power supply of the thickness gauge scanning frame (the power switch is the air switch in the thickness gauge operation cabinet), power on for 1 minute, and then start the thickness gauge software.

2、 Solution to system crash caused by improper operation

1. Please close the thickness gauge software in the task manager on your computer and restart the software.

2. If the thickness gauge still cannot be started after closing the software and reopening the software, please close the thickness gauge software, then turn off the power supply of the thickness gauge scanning frame, power on again after 1 minute, and then restart the thickness gauge software after 2 minutes of power on.

3、 The frame tracing system is not powered on. Please check if the fuse in the control cabinet is burnt out.

4、 Daily maintenance of EXF coating thickness gauge system

1. When the production line is under maintenance or there is no production task for a long time, please turn off the power supply of the thickness gauge scanning frame and the thickness gauge computer. When the next time the machine is turned on, power on the thickness gauge and turn on the computer one hour in advance. After the machine is turned on and the board shape is stable, the thickness gauge can be used.

2. The temperature of the water cooler is set to 30 degrees, which has been set during debugging. Please do not change it. Add water to the water cooler once a month until it is fully filled.

3. Regularly lubricate the bearings and guide rails of the scanning frame, usually once every three months.

4. After adding lubricating oil, please check if the transmission part of the scanning frame is intact and if there are any abnormal sounds.

5、 When the operator of the EXF coating thickness gauge sees strip steel with poor plate shape coming out of the zinc pot, please stop using the thickness gauge to avoid the strip steel hitting the thickness gauge sensor. Wait for the plate shape to stabilize before using the thickness gauge
