Vacuum sealing machine is a specialized equipment used to seal glass tubes, metal tubes or other containers in a vacuum or inert gas environment, widely used in fields such as electronics, materials science, semiconductor manufacturing, scientific research experiments, etc.
The complete system of vacuum sealing machine usually consists of the following core components:
1、 Core functional components
1. Vacuum system
Vacuum pump: Provides negative pressure environment, common types include rotary vane vacuum pump, diffusion pump, or molecular pump (selected according to vacuum degree requirements).
Vacuum chamber: a closed space that accommodates the pipe fittings to be sealed, usually made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, equipped with observation windows and sealed doors.
Vacuum gauge: Real time monitoring of the vacuum level inside the chamber (such as Pirani gauge, thermocouple gauge, or ionization gauge) to ensure compliance with process requirements.
Pneumatic/electric valve: controls the connection between the vacuum chamber and the outside world, supports rapid pumping and inflation (such as inert gas backfilling).
2. Heating and packaging unit
Heating furnace: Local or overall heating of the sealed tube area, with a temperature range usually from room temperature to 1000 ℃ (adjustable), supporting the fusion sealing of quartz tubes, glass tubes, or metal tubes.
Temperature controller: PID temperature control system, accurately setting heating temperature and time to avoid overheating or loose sealing.
Flame spray gun (optional): Some models are equipped with hydrogen oxygen flame or acetylene flame spray guns for high-temperature melting and sealing of glass tubes.
3. Workbench and clamping mechanism
Rotation/translation worktable: used to fix and adjust the position of the pipe to be sealed, supporting continuous operation at multiple workstations.
Precision fixture: Suitable for clamping devices with different pipe diameters (such as Φ 1~50mm) to ensure stability during the sealing process.
3D adjustable bracket: Fine tune the angle and height of the pipe fittings to meet complex sealing requirements.
2、 Auxiliary function module of vacuum sealing machine:
1. Gas processing system
Inert gas inflation module: Before sealing the tube, fill the chamber or tube with protective gases such as argon and nitrogen to prevent oxidation or contamination.
Gas mixing device (optional): Mix multiple gases in proportion to meet special process requirements.
Pressure sensor: monitors inflation pressure to ensure stable internal air pressure.
2. Cooling system
Water or air cooling device: used for rapid cooling of heated pipe fittings, reducing thermal stress damage and improving sealing efficiency.
Heat exchanger (optional): Designed for high-temperature processes to accelerate chamber cooling.
3. Exhaust gas treatment unit
Exhaust gas adsorption filter: captures volatile organic compounds or harmful gases generated during the sealing process.
Vacuum grease collector: prevents oil stains from the vacuum pump from flowing back into the chamber.
