The urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is like a 'lifeline', carrying important municipal pipelines such as electricity, gas, water supply and drainage. Due to factors such as enclosed space and dense pipelines, the air is not well circulated, and toxic and harmful gases are prone to accumulate, which can easily cause safety hazards. Therefore, it is crucial to establish urban pipe corridors for real-time monitoring of relevant gas content.
For most pipeline projects, online gas detectors, temperature and humidity transmitters, and liquid level gauges are installed at the front end to monitor key gas concentrations such as methane, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon monoxide 24 hours a day, and synchronously collect environmental temperature, humidity, and water accumulation data. When the monitoring value exceeds the safety threshold, the equipment immediately links with the ventilation equipment in the accident area and adjacent zones to rapidly dilute harmful gases. All data is transmitted to the ground monitoring center through 4-20mA current signals, RS485 digital signals, or optical fibers. Combined with a visualization software platform, real-time tracking of measurement point positions, concentration changes, and equipment status is achieved.

At the same time, our FIX500, FIX550, and FIX800 online series products have been used in many urban pipe gallery projects to monitor the concentration of various toxic and harmful gases, providing data support for the safe operation of pipe galleries. We have upgraded from traditional passive rescue to active prevention, using technical means to protect the safety barriers of urban underground spaces, making the operation of the city's' lifeline 'more secure and efficient.
