Powder automatic compaction density meterA solution for detecting the compaction density of positive and negative electrode materials in power lithium-ion batteries is provided, which can achieve closed-loop control such as constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement. Depending on the material design, different process controls can be implemented to automatically load and calculate the compaction density.
Application fields:
New energy batteries: used for compaction density and resistivity testing of positive and negative electrode materials (such as lithium iron phosphate and graphite) to optimize battery energy density.
Pharmaceutical/Chemical: Evaluate the compaction and flowability of drug powders or catalysts to ensure process stability.
Research and Quality Inspection: Provide data models for enterprise research and development, universities, and testing institutions to support material performance analysis and process improvement.
Operation guide:
Preparation before operation:
Sample preparation: Ensure that the powder sample is dry and uniform, and weigh the predetermined weight according to the standard.
Instrument inspection: Confirm that there are no abnormalities in the compaction chamber, pressure system, and sensors, and preheat the instrument to a stable state.
Environmental control: Maintain stable laboratory temperature and humidity, avoid vibration and airflow interference.
Testing process:
Parameter setting: Set the pressure value (such as 10-100MPa), duration, and pressurization speed on the control interface.
Load sample: Load the powder into the mold or compaction chamber, ensuring uniform distribution and eliminating air.
Start test: Run the program, the mechanical system automatically pressurizes to the preset value, and the sensor collects data in real time.
Result analysis: After the test is completed, the system automatically calculates the compaction density, generates a report, and stores the data.
Calibration and maintenance:
Regular calibration:
Pressure calibration: Use standard sensors to compare instrument outputs and adjust deviations.
Displacement calibration: Verify displacement accuracy through standard gauge blocks and update mold parameters.
Daily maintenance: Clean the compaction chamber, inspect mechanical components, regularly lubricate and calibrate.
