Universal testing machine for high and low temperature materialsPurpose: Suitable for testing and analyzing the mechanical properties of metal and non-metal materials in high and low temperature environments, including tension, compression, bending, and peeling. It has closed-loop control methods for stress, strain, and displacement, and can calculate parameters such as maximum force, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, fracture elongation, yield strength, etc.
How to ensure the testing accuracy of the universal testing machine for high and low temperature materials:
Force calibration:
Use standard weights or force measuring instruments to load gradually within the range of 10% -100%, with an error of ≤± 1%. When exceeding the tolerance, software correction or sensor replacement is required.
Displacement calibration:
Using standard measuring blocks, control the movement of the crossbeam by 50mm, compare the displayed value with the actual value, and the error should be ≤± 1%. When exceeding the tolerance, the encoder or screw parameters need to be adjusted.
Temperature calibration:
Use a platinum resistance thermometer to measure the difference between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature at different positions in the test chamber.
Comprehensive verification:
After calibration, stability testing is required to record temperature fluctuations and force drift. It is recommended to calibrate once a year and retest before conducting critical tests.
Notes:
Safe operation:
Prohibit overload use, avoid hard objects colliding with the screw, and lubricate regularly.
Avoid frequent opening of doors during high temperature testing to prevent the evaporator from freezing.
Maintenance requirements:
Clean the fixture and box after the experiment, turn off the power and gas source.
Regularly calibrate force, displacement, and temperature sensors, and establish maintenance records.
