Daily maintenance skills for Yokogawa power analyzer
Date: 2025-12-16Read: 28
Yokogawa power analyzerAs a high-precision electrical parameter measurement device, daily maintenance can effectively extend its service life and ensure the accuracy of measurement data. Here are four core maintenance techniques:
Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment
Wipe the surface of the body with a soft dry cloth and avoid using corrosive cleaning agents such as alcohol and acetone; Gently wipe the display screen with a specialized lens cloth to prevent scratches. Open the side panel of the chassis every month and clean the internal dust with compressed air (pressure ≤ 0.5MPa), focusing on blowing the cooling fan, power module, and wiring terminals to prevent dust accumulation from causing short circuits or poor heat dissipation.
Maintain the wiring terminals properly
After each use, check whether the voltage and current terminals are loose or oxidized. If oxidation spots appear, gently polish with fine sandpaper and apply a small amount of conductive paste; Regularly tighten the terminal screws to avoid measurement fluctuations caused by poor contact. When idle, put insulation protective caps on the terminals to prevent foreign objects from entering.
Standardize storage and environmental management
The equipment should be placed in a non corrosive gas environment with a temperature of 10 ℃~35 ℃ and a humidity of ≤ 75% RH, away from strong magnetic fields, direct sunlight, and severe vibrations. When not in use for a long time, the power should be disconnected and stored in a moisture-proof box. Preheat the internal components for 30 minutes every month to prevent moisture and aging.
Regularly check the status of key components
Check the cooling fan for normal operation and any abnormal noise every quarter; Check the insulation performance of current transformers and voltage probes to avoid affecting measurement accuracy due to component damage. At the same time, regularly backup the measurement data and configuration parameters within the device to prevent data loss.
