Jingtai Technology has launched an inorganic material automation laboratory solution, which combines AI and automation technology to solve traditional research and development pain points. This plan covers the entire process of batching, ball milling, roasting, and tablet pressing, with key modules including an automated batching workstation (solid sample accuracy of 0.1mg, liquid ± 0.5mL), a four channel ball mill (processing capacity of 4 × 100mL, speed of 1500rpm), an intelligent muffle furnace (5-second fast opening and closing door), and an automated tablet pressing system (supporting multi-layer sample processing). Equipped with AGV transport robot (positioning accuracy of 0.05mm) and visual control system, achieving intelligent scheduling of experimental processes, data tracing, and exception handling. This scheme improves experimental efficiency by 5-10 times, achieves data reliability of 95%, reduces manual intervention by 80%, and meets the green transformation needs of material research and development under the 'dual carbon' policy. It has been applied in high-throughput material development in fields such as new energy and semiconductors.
