Sensor protection:
Regularly check the electrochemical sensor (usually with a lifespan of 1-3 years) to avoid exposure to high concentration sulfuric acid mist or chemicals that may cause poisoning.
Use standard gas calibration every 3-6 months to ensure measurement accuracy.
Air path cleaning:
Clean the air inlet filter element (such as a high-efficiency filter) to prevent dust from blocking the air path. It is recommended to check it once a month.
Connect the sampling pipeline with PTFE or stainless steel tubing to ensure good airtightness.
