The press has a high degree of automation, which can quickly complete repetitive tasks and improve production efficiency. It can accurately control the depth and force of pressing through programming, reducing manual intervention while ensuring consistency; Hydraulic models have a wide range of adjustable working stroke and are compatible with machining workpieces of different sizes. It can achieve micrometer level displacement control and dynamic adjustment. This not only improves product yield, but also meets the precision forming requirements of complex shaped parts.
Compared to traditional hydraulic systems, the new servo electric press does not require a large capacity oil tank, has a smaller volume, and reduces energy consumption; At the same time, it avoids the problem of oil leakage and conforms to the trend of green production. Multiple protection mechanisms ensure operational safety, including hydraulic overload protection, automatic power-off shutdown, and other functions. In addition, the stable triangular support structure and rigid frame design effectively reduce vibration, extend equipment life, complete multiple process steps (such as riveting and forming integration), reduce production line switching costs, and even achieve composite actions, further expanding application scenarios.
The measurement steps of a press machine usually include the following steps:
1. Sample preparation: Produce test samples that meet the specifications according to the testing requirements, such as concrete cubes or masonry blocks. For wall inspection, it is necessary to accurately excavate horizontal slots of specific sizes on the wall (upper slot 240mm × 250mm × 70mm, lower slot 240mm × 250mm × 140mm), and ensure that the upper and lower slots are aligned and spaced reasonably;
2. Equipment installation and debugging: When connecting sensors and hosts, it is necessary to ensure that there are no intermediate joints in the cables. If any damage is found, it should be replaced immediately and the wiring should be confirmed to be correct; Perform preheating and no-load operation after startup, and check system stability;
3. Loading experiment: Apply pressure gradually according to the instructions, record the load data, deformation, and stress distribution at different stages;
4. Data analysis: Calculate key indicators such as static/dynamic stiffness, elastic recovery rate, stiffness attenuation rate, etc. based on measurement results, and compare them with industry standards to evaluate equipment accuracy.
