Small constant temperature and humidity machines are widely used in laboratory sample preservation, pharmaceutical storage, electronic component testing, cultural relic maintenance, and other scenarios that are sensitive to environmental temperature and humidity. Its stable operation not only relies on precise refrigeration/humidification systems, but also on scientific daily maintenance. Neglecting maintenance can lead to a decrease in the accuracy of temperature and humidity control, and in severe cases, equipment failure or even sample damage. Among them, the cleaning and replacement of the filter screen are the more basic but crucial steps in maintenance.
Why is the filter screen so important?

Regularly clean the inner tank and water tank: Humidified water tanks are prone to the growth of scale and microorganisms. It is recommended to wipe them with a soft cloth every week and clean them once a month with white vinegar or specialized descaling agents to avoid clogging the atomizer or ultrasonic oscillator.
Check if the drainage holes are unobstructed: If condensed water cannot be discharged smoothly, it may cause bottom water accumulation, mold, and even electrical short circuits.
Avoid prolonged full load operation: If continuous operation is required, it is recommended to shut down for 2-4 hours per month for "self drying" to prevent internal moisture accumulation.
