Operation specifications and maintenance guidelines for high and low temperature test chambers
Date: 2025-10-28Read: 0
Operating Specifications
Environmental requirements: The test chamber should be placed in a well ventilated area without strong electromagnetic interference, with an ambient temperature controlled between 5 ℃ -35 ℃ and humidity ≤ 85%. The equipment needs to use a stable power supply, with voltage fluctuations not exceeding ± 10% of the rated value, and ensure reliable grounding.
Sample preparation: The sample should be clean and dry, free of oil stains and dust, and the size and weight should meet the requirements of the test chamber to avoid overloading. Special samples need to be equipped with sensors or fixtures in advance and evenly placed on the sample rack to ensure smooth air circulation.
Operating standards: Before starting up, check if the power and communication cables are securely connected, and if the refrigeration and heating systems are functioning properly. When setting parameters, it is recommended to have a heating/cooling rate of ≤ 5 ℃/min to avoid equipment impact. It is strictly prohibited to open the box door during operation. If samples need to be taken or stored, the operation must be paused and wait for the temperature to return to room temperature before operation to prevent burns or frostbite.
Safety protection: Operators should wear protective gloves and goggles to avoid contact with high/low temperature components. After the experiment is completed, first turn off the run button, then cut off the main power, and clean the residue inside the box.
maintenance
Daily cleaning: Clean the condenser dust every week, and clean the control cabinet with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air every month to prevent dust accumulation from affecting heat dissipation. Regularly wipe the door seal to keep the equipment dry.
System inspection: Check whether the copper pipes of the refrigeration system leak and whether the joints are intact every quarter; Inspect the refrigeration system annually and replenish refrigerant. Check the lubricating oil level of the compressor every month and add it promptly if it is insufficient.
Component calibration: Regularly calibrate temperature sensors and humidity sensors to ensure measurement accuracy. During long-term shutdown, power on for 1 hour every half month to prevent electrical components from getting damp.
Professional maintenance: In case of equipment malfunction, immediately stop the machine and contact professional maintenance personnel. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble core components by oneself.
