Operation and Maintenance

1. This machine adopts a single-phase three wire system, and the required power socket is 220VThe10AThree hole socket.

2.The dispersed and homogeneous working head of this machine is strictly prohibited from operating away from liquid media. Prevent mechanical components from being damaged without liquid medium protection during high-speed operation, resulting in mechanical failures.

3.Steps for disassembling and assembling the working head of this machine:

3-1.Please install the working head（5）The feeding port is facing downwards, grip the middle with your palm, and align it with the working head connection seat on the drive host（4）

Insert the installation hole upwards into place and fix it by turning the handle.

3-2.When disassembling, please hold the middle of the working head with your hand, rotate the fixed handle of the working head connection seat to loosen it, and it can be removed from the installation hole on the connection seat. But excessive force should not be applied to cause the head of the working head to hit the flat plate of the machine base, resulting in deformation and damage to the feeding port.

3-3.After the machine is finished working, turn off the power switch and unplug the plug. And promptly clean all parts of the shearing and emulsification working head for future use. Before using this machine, a drive host operation test should be conducted to check. Please do not install a dispersed homogeneous working head during the experiment.

3-4.Input power supply of this machine: turn on the power switch, speed display[ 0000 ]Display a number indicating that it has entered the working state.

3-5.Local operating speed setting: Rotate the speed control knob to enter the preset speed state, which can set the mixing speed required for experimental operations and dynamically adjust the speed during operation.

3-6.Local operation start control: Press the speed control knob once to start the operation. Without pre setting the speed, its operating speed is the initial default speed.

3-7.Local operation paused/Restart: Press the speed control knob during operation to pause the operation. Press the speed control knob again, and the device will start running according to the operating speed before the pause (speed memory function).

Rotate the speed control knob to set the required speed for the experiment, press the speed control knob once, and the machine will start running in the timed control state. At this point, the speed display alternately shows the running speed and the countdown of the timed control.

3-9After the machine is finished working, turn off the power switch and unplug the plug. And promptly clean all parts of the shearing and emulsification working head for future use.
