Online viscosity sensor for petroleum productsSuitable for solutions with stirring or high rotation speed inside reaction vessels to prevent impact or stretching, protect sensors from bending, and are widely used in industries such as petroleum extraction, refining, chemical engineering, silicone oil, resin, food, chemical fiber, ink, paint, optical fiber, latex, solvents, plastics, glass, aviation kerosene, and various rubber making industries.
Technical principle:
Plasma generation: Instantaneous high-temperature plasma (temperature up to 10000 ℃) is generated in the gaps between powder particles through pulsed current, combined with mechanical pressure and Joule heating effect to achieve rapid sintering.
Synergistic effect: The combined action of electric field, thermal field, and pressure field can remove surface oxides of materials and accelerate atomic diffusion, significantly reducing sintering temperature (more than 300 ℃ lower than traditional processes).
Selection guide for online viscosity sensors for petroleum products:
Clear measurement requirements:
Medium characteristics:
It is necessary to clarify the type of petroleum product being tested (such as crude oil, lubricating oil, asphalt, etc.) and the viscosity range (0.1-1000000mPa · s).
Environmental conditions:
IP66 protection level should be selected for high temperature (-40~450 ℃), high pressure or explosion-proof environments.
Technical parameter matching:
Measurement principle:
Vibration type: suitable for non Newtonian fluids (such as crude oil), with a wide measurement range (0.1-1000000mPa · s) and strong self-cleaning ability.
Rotary type: suitable for cutting sensitive oil products (such as lubricating oil), with high accuracy but narrow range.
