Fluid dynamics optimization and low flow high impact cleaning strategy for fully automatic bottle washing machine
Date: 2025-11-19Read: 2
The fluid dynamics optimization and low flow high impact cleaning strategy of the fully automatic bottle washing machine are the core technological breakthroughs in improving cleaning efficiency and reducing resource consumption. Its core lies in reconstructing the water flow path through fluid mechanics principles, combined with precision nozzle design and intelligent control, to achieve a cleaning effect of "achieving strong impact with small flow rate".
In terms of fluid dynamics optimization, modern bottle washing machines use three-dimensional flow field simulation technology to perform topology optimization on the cleaning chamber. For example, by designing a 5 ° slope structure at the bottom of the cavity, combined with a U-shaped guide groove, the water flow forms a unidirectional convergence effect under the action of gravity, and the drainage speed is increased by more than 40% compared to traditional flat bottom design. At the same time, the rotating spray arm adopts an asymmetric nozzle layout, using the Coanda effect to guide the water flow to spiral upwards along the inner wall of the chamber, forming a three-dimensional coverage water curtain and eliminating cleaning blind spots. Taking the bottle washer as an example, its spray system optimizes the nozzle aperture and angle to concentrate 90% of the circulating water in the key area of the bottle body. Even with a 30% decrease in flow rate, it can still maintain the same impact strength.
The implementation of low flow and high impact strategies relies on high-voltage pulse technology and intelligent flow control. The equipment is equipped with a variable frequency circulating pump, which can automatically adjust the pressure according to the bottle type (0-1000L/min adjustable). In the pre washing stage, low flow rate (200L/min) is used to soak stains, and in the main washing stage, it instantly switches to high pressure (800L/min) to impact stubborn residues. For example, when cleaning a triangular bottle, the system focuses the water flow into a fine column with a diameter of 2mm through an injection nozzle, and hits the dead corner at the bottom of the bottle with a pressure of 12MPa. Combined with a high temperature of 95 ℃ to soften stains, it achieves "zero contact" deep cleaning. In addition, some models introduce aerodynamic assisted design, mixing microbubbles into the spray water and utilizing the instantaneous shock wave generated by bubble collapse to enhance the cleaning ability, further reducing water consumption.
This technological combination not only reduces the single cleaning water volume from 50L for traditional equipment to 15L, but also improves the cleanliness of glassware to ISO8 standard by accurately controlling the water flow pattern, while reducing drying energy consumption by 30%, providing efficient and energy-saving cleaning solutions for laboratories and pharmaceutical companies.
