Organic nitrogen blowing apparatus is a key pre-treatment equipment used in laboratories for rapid concentration, evaporation, or drying of trace liquid samples. It achieves efficient solvent removal without damaging the thermosensitive target substance by gently blowing and heating the sample tube with high-purity nitrogen gas flow. 1、 Nitrogen distribution system
Using high-precision needle valves or digital flow controllers (MFCs), the nitrogen flow rate of each blowing needle can be independently adjusted (usually 0-15L/min) to ensure consistency between multiple channels; The gas is filtered through a 0.22 μ m hydrophobic membrane to remove moisture and particles, preventing cross contamination; Some models support pressure feedback closed-loop control to maintain a constant flow rate.
2、 Temperature controlled heating module
Dry metal bath: Aluminum blocks or stainless steel modules have uniform thermal conductivity, with a temperature control range of room temperature to 150 ℃ and an accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃;
Water bath type (suitable for low-temperature sensitive samples): The temperature is softer, but regular water changes are required to prevent bacteria;
Built in PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm to avoid sample carbonization or volatilization loss caused by local overheating.
3、 Adjustable blowing needle component
The blowing needle is mostly made of stainless steel or glass material, and its height and angle can be adjusted 360 ° to ensure that the airflow is vertically aligned with the center of the liquid surface and avoid splashing; The recommended distance between the needle tip and the liquid surface is 5-10mm. If it is too high, it will reduce efficiency, while if it is too low, it may cause splashing; Some models are equipped with quick plug interfaces for easy replacement and cleaning.
4、 Compatibility between sample holder and test tube
Equipped with multiple aperture modules (such as Φ 10/13/16mm), suitable for different specifications of test tubes, centrifuge tubes, or automatic injection bottles ranging from 1.5mL to 50mL; The bracket is made of high-temperature resistant engineering plastic or anodized aluminum, which is corrosion-resistant and does not deform.
5、 Security and Intelligent Control Unit
Triple safety mechanism of automatic power-off, dry burning protection, and leakage protection for overheating;
Touch screen or knob operation interface, with preset time (0-999min), temperature and gas start stop program;
Some models are integrated with exhaust emission interfaces, connected to fume hoods or activated carbon adsorption devices to prevent the escape of organic solvents.
