Lens testing equipmentThe testing standards cover multiple aspects such as optical performance, material and surface quality, structure, safety and durability, special functions, etc. The following are some key testing standards and specific requirements:
1、 Optical Performance Testing Standards
Top power inspection: Use a first-class standard power meter (verified as qualified and in compliance with JG580 regulations) to measure the top power of the lens, ensuring that the imaging center coincides with the crosshair of the dividing plate and the prism power reading is at its minimum or zero.
Optical center displacement inspection: The prism measurement mode (such as the 'P-B' method) of the focal length meter is used to detect the optical center displacement of the spherical mirror, cylindrical mirror, and intersecting cylindrical mirror. It is required to align the geometric center of the lens with the geometric center of the support and read the prism degree reading.
Axis marking inspection: The axis marking of the cylindrical optometric lens should coincide with the three-point line of the focal length meter printing mechanism, and the axis deviation value should be directly read out.
Prism degree test: Align the imaging horizontal axis of the lens with the horizontal axis of the crosshair on the dividing plate, and read the prism degree, spherical degree, and cylindrical degree data.
Transmittance specification: According to BS EN ISO 8980-3-2004 standard, use a transmittance tester to measure the transmittance of lenses to visible light and evaluate the effectiveness of anti UV, anti blue and other functions.
2、 Material and Surface Quality Testing Standards
Visual inspection environment: Testing should be carried out under bright and dark background conditions. It is recommended to use fluorescent lamps with a wattage of 15W or above or incandescent lamps with a wattage of 60W or above to ensure that the illumination of the lens placement position is not less than 350Lx.
Surface defect detection: With the reference point as the center, within the 30mm diameter area (when the sub lens size is less than 30mm, the entire area is detected), there shall be no defects on the surface or inside of the lens that may be harmful to vision, such as gloss, spiral defects, etc.
Surface smoothness testing: The surface of the lens should be smooth, with clear perspective and no defects such as orange peel or mold spots.
3、 Structural testing standards
Frame structure inspection: visually inspect whether the frame structure meets the design requirements.
Measurement of thickness difference of martensitic rod: Use a micrometer with a minimum division of 0.01mm to measure the thickness difference between the two ends of the martensitic rod semi cylinder along the axis direction and the plane.
Inspection of crack and pinhole structures: Use a digital caliper with a minimum division of 0.01mm for testing.
4、 Safety and Durability Testing Standards
Salt spray test: in a neutral salt spray environment (35 ℃± 2 ℃, humidity>85%, PH value 6.5-7.2), use 5% ± 1% NaCl solution to spray continuously for 48 hours (medium end machine) or 24 hours (low-end machine). The product surface is required to be free of rust, discoloration and coating peeling.
Temperature shock test: Keep the sample at a low temperature of -30 ℃± 2 ℃ for 30 minutes, switch to a high temperature of+70 ℃± 2 ℃ within 3 minutes, and hold for 30 minutes. After completing 32 cycles, check the appearance and paint adhesion. The color and gloss should not change significantly, and the adhesion should be ≥ 3B.
Steel ball impact test: After installing the sample on the mobile phone, use a 3g steel ball to freely drop and impact three times from a height of 1.1 meters (main lens) or 0.8 meters (camera lens), requiring the lens to be free of cracks or damage (pits are allowed).
