Pre startup inspection

Confirm that the fuel (diesel, natural gas) is sufficient and of qualified quality.

Clean up the residual ash in the furnace and check whether the furnace wall and lining are damaged.

Check key components such as burners, fans, chimneys, etc. to ensure that instruments (temperature gauges, pressure gauges) are working properly.

Sealing inspection: prevent smoke leakage and avoid environmental pollution.

Monitoring during operation

Strictly control the incineration temperature (preferably 800 ℃ -900 ℃) to avoid high temperatures causing heavy metal volatilization or low temperatures affecting decomposition efficiency.

Adjust the excess air coefficient to reduce the generation of thermal nitrogen oxides.

Regularly clean the nozzle to prevent suspended particles from clogging and affecting the atomization effect.

Shutdown and maintenance

After stopping the feeding, let the remaining materials in the furnace burn out, gradually reduce the supply of auxiliary fuel, and turn off the ignition device and combustion fan.

After natural cooling, clean the ash in the furnace and carry out harmless treatment such as solidification and landfilling.

Regularly inspect vulnerable parts such as refractory materials and seals, and replace them in a timely manner.
