On November 10, 2025, Shanghai Shangshi Era Experimental Equipment Company held a seminar with leaders from Shanghai Ocean University to conduct in-depth exchanges on scientific research, technology sharing, and talent cultivation in the field of intelligent equipment manufacturing, and jointly discuss the integration and coordinated development of industry and education.

At the meeting, Mr. Cui Cui, Chairman of the Group, introduced the company's 30-year development history and comprehensively demonstrated its strength. The Group has been deeply involved in the manufacturing industry for more than 30 years and has now formed four core business segments: precision machining, mold manufacturing, sheet metal welding, and testing equipment. Among them, the experimental equipment sector focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of cutting-edge experimental equipment such as climate environment simulation, mechanical reliability testing, and fluid dynamics. It provides' customized 'testing solutions for fields such as aerospace, new energy, automotive electronics, semiconductors, intelligent robots, and chemical engineering, and has broken through multiple key technological bottlenecks in the industry. Chairman Cui emphasized the four in one cooperation framework of 'real investment, real research and development, real education, and real sharing', and looked forward to deeper technical cooperation with the school.

Vice President Li Xiaofei gave an important speech at the meeting, highly evaluating the technological depth and industrial integration capabilities demonstrated by the enterprise. He believed that its production and research and development directions were highly compatible with the advantageous disciplines of Shanghai Ocean University, such as engineering machinery and automation control. The school introduced the research accumulation and project driven talent cultivation model in related fields, and expressed willingness to use joint research and targeted talent cultivation as the starting point to accurately meet the technical needs of enterprises.

It is particularly crucial that Ocean University urgently needs cutting-edge equipment support and large-scale production line verification scenarios for its achievements in mechanical manufacturing, control engineering, and simulation. The existing automated production lines and testing platforms during the trial period provide an irreplaceable carrier for simulating and transforming the scientific research achievements of the university, and the technologies of both parties are complementary.

After the meeting, the school delegation observed the enterprise environment simulation and multi-dimensional comprehensive automated production line on site. We conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as expanding equipment application scenarios, optimizing performance and efficiency, and cultivating the abilities of industrial workers, and reached a high consensus on the specific path of technical cooperation.

The special inspection and exchange activity on equipment manufacturing at Shanghai Ocean University not only built an efficient communication bridge between the university and the enterprise, but also promoted the precise docking of educational resources and industrial needs.
