The wrist oscillator isA laboratory mixing device that simulates the swinging motion of a human wrist through a robotic arm, achieving gentle to vigorous oscillation of liquids or solid-liquid mixtures.
The wrist oscillator can be applied to various flasks, funnels, volumetric flasks, specimen bottles, etc. to meet demanding laboratory requirements. A wrist oscillator can simulate the back and forth movements of a human wrist. The adjustment lever allows you to increase the movement angle from 1 degree to 15 degrees, choosing actions from gentle vortices to aggressive agitation. There are two "flask fixed" configurations to meet your needs: models with only side arm capacity or models with both side arm and top platform capacity. The top platform can accommodate flasks (up to 500 milliliters) and sample bottles. When a malfunction occurs, the overload protection function can turn off the vibrating screen. The built-in timer can be set to continuous shaking or set to 0 to 60 minutes.
Application Scenario:
Pharmaceutical quality inspection: testing of dimethyl silicone oil defoaming and verification of drug uniformity.
Environmental monitoring: extraction of heavy metals from soil and extraction of organic matter from water samples.
Biological experiment: Mixing cell suspension and dispersing microbial culture medium.
Chemical research and development: coating formula mixing, polymer dissolution.
Food testing: uniform dispersion of additives, rapid screening for food safety.
Safety operation specifications:
Risk scenario: Open the cabin door during high-speed operation; Compliance operation: must be reset and stopped before operation; Emergency response: Immediately cut off the power supply.
Risk scenario: overflow of acidic and alkaline solvents; Compliance operation: seal the container with an encrypted bag and use anti-corrosion fixtures; Emergency response: wipe with neutral detergent → disinfect with alcohol.
Risk scenario: abnormal noise/vibration; Compliance operation: Check whether the bearings are stuck and whether the container is in collision; Emergency response: Shutdown to check load balancing.
