  Spay SuperferrometerAs a precision instrument for analyzing oil particles, magnetic separation technology is used to deposit ferromagnetic wear particles in lubricating oil onto glass sheets in a size gradient, and to evaluate the wear status of the equipment using a microscope or image recognition system. But it involves high-pressure oil circuits, high-temperature heating modules, and strong magnetic field operations, and a slight carelessness may cause fires, mechanical damage, or data distortion. Therefore, the following safety red lines must be strictly observed:
1、 Safety regulations for oil sample processing
Do not directly contact high-temperature oil samples (which may exceed 80 ℃), and wear heat-resistant gloves and goggles before operation; The oil sample container must be made of explosion-proof materials (such as borosilicate glass or polytetrafluoroethylene), and the use of plastic bottles (which may release volatile organic compounds and interfere with detection) is strictly prohibited. If the oil sample contains water or suspended solids, it needs to be centrifuged and filtered in advance to prevent clogging of the iron spectrum injection system.
2、 Hard requirements for equipment operation
1. Electrical safety: The grounding resistance of the instrument should be less than 4 Ω, and it is forbidden to start it in humid environments or when the power fluctuation is greater than ± 10%; During the operation of high-voltage modules (usually 220V/3A), the protective cover must not be opened to prevent electric shock or arc burns.
2. Magnetic field protection: The strong magnetic field (>500 Gauss) generated by the iron meter during operation may interfere with pacemakers or damage surrounding electronic devices. Operators should stay away from items such as mobile phones and magnetic cards, and pregnant women should avoid entering the testing area.
3. Risk of moving parts: When the automatic injection arm and magnet drive mechanism are running, it is strictly prohibited to insert fingers into the protective fence. When cleaning, wait for the motor to stop completely (at least 30 seconds).


3、 Emergency and Maintenance Guidelines
If oil leakage occurs, immediately cut off the power and clean it with oil absorbing felt (cotton cloth is prohibited to avoid fiber residue); After the detection is completed, wait for the instrument to cool down to room temperature (about 30 minutes) before turning off the exhaust system to prevent residual oil and gas accumulation. Regularly check the pressure gauge of helium/argon storage tanks (threshold ≤ 1.5MPa) to avoid gas leakage and explosion.
