High purity nitrogen generatorIt is a device that separates nitrogen from air through physical or chemical methods, widely used in laboratories, industry, and medical fields. Its core function is to provide high-purity (usually ≥ 99.99%) nitrogen gas, replacing traditional steel cylinder gas supply, with advantages such as safety, convenience, and low maintenance.
Installation points:
Environmental requirements:
The ground should be flat and sturdy, with a load-bearing capacity that meets the weight of the equipment (small equipment weighing about 0.5-2 tons).
The installation location should have good ventilation and avoid high temperature, humidity, or dusty environments. The recommended temperature is 5-40 ℃.
Industrial grade equipment requires reserved maintenance channels (with a distance of ≥ 0.8 meters from the wall).
Gas source and pipeline connection:
Using pure and constant pressure air as the raw material gas, an air purification device (such as a freeze dryer or oil-water separator) should be installed at the inlet end.
It is recommended to use stainless steel or seamless steel pipes for pipeline materials, and ensure sealing during connection to reduce bends and pressure drop.
Electrical and Safety:
The power supply voltage needs to match the equipment requirements (usually 380V three-phase electricity), and the grounding specifications should be in place to prevent static electricity accumulation.
Install an oxygen concentration monitor and emergency shutdown device to prevent the risk of nitrogen leakage.
Usage steps:
Preparation before operation:
Check the electrolyte level (electrochemical equipment requires adding secondary distilled water to the upper limit).
Confirm that the air and electrical connections are tight and leak free.
Startup and Debugging:
After turning on the power, observe the readings of the pressure gauge and flow meter, and adjust the output pressure to the required value.
Verify the purity of nitrogen (such as through chromatographic testing) to ensure it reaches 99.99% or higher.
Daily maintenance:
Regular drainage (electrochemical type requires emptying the storage tank of water).
Replace the filter filling material (such as the hydrocarbon removal filter element) to avoid impurities affecting purity.
