Product Features:
Three dimensional imaging: It can clearly present the three-dimensional structure of the sample, making it easy to observe the depth and spatial relationships of objects.
Low magnification and long working distance: The magnification range is usually within 0.5X to 100X, the working distance can reach10-20cmSuitable for observing objects ranging from millimeters to centimeters, and convenient for dissection, welding, and other operations under a microscope.
Flexible lighting: There are various lighting methods such as transmitted light, incident light, coaxial light, etc., and suitable lighting can be selected according to the transparency and surface characteristics of the sample.
StereomicroscopeOperation steps:
Equipment preparation:
Place the microscope on a stable surface and adjust the brightness of the light source to a moderate level (to avoid glare caused by excessive brightness).
Select the light source mode (transmitted light or reflected light) based on the sample type, or turn on both light sources simultaneously.
Sample placement:
Place the sample in the center of the stage and secure it with a sample clamp (such as when observing small parts).
Adjust the height of the stage or the position of the objective lens to bring the sample close to the objective lens but avoid collision.
Focusing and observation:
Rotate the zoom knob to * low magnification (e.g0.7X)Observe the approximate outline of the sample through the eyepiece.
Slowly rotate the focus knob to make the image clear, then gradually increase the magnification to the desired value.
Adjust the eyepiece spacing and refractive power to ensure comfortable eye contact and image overlap.
Image recording and analysis (optional):
Connect a digital camera or camcorder and capture images or videos through software.
Use measurement tools to annotate parameters such as length and area in the image and generate a report.
After observation, adjust the zoom ratio to*Low, turn off the light source and cover with a dust cover.
