  Mitsubishi servo driveIt is a high-performance motion control device widely used in the field of industrial automation. Its core function is to achieve precise motion of mechanical equipment by accurately controlling the speed, position, and torque of servo motors.
1、 Technical features
high-precision control
  Ling servo driveAdopting sine wave PWM control technology, combined with high-resolution encoders (such as 17 bit and 22 bit incremental encoders), to achieve micrometer level positioning accuracy. For example, when the HG-KN43J-S100 servo motor is paired with the MR-JE-40A driver, the positioning completion range can be set to 0~± 10000 pulses, with an error range of ± 3 revolutions.
Fast dynamic response
Supports high-speed pulse input (up to 4Mpps differential reception), with an adjustable range of electronic gear ratio (A/B) from 1:10 to 1048576:1, suitable for different mechanical transmission ratio requirements. In the speed control mode of MR-J4-350A driver, the speed fluctuation is only ± 0.01% when the load changes from 0 to 100%.
Multiple protection functions
Integrate more than 10 protection mechanisms such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, overheating, and encoder abnormality. For example, the MR-J3-20A driver has built-in regenerative braking resistor overheat protection to prevent fire risks.
Communication and Scalability
Supports communication protocols such as RS-422, USB, Modbus, etc., and can be seamlessly integrated with devices such as PLC and HMI. The MR-J4 series drive also provides a Safety Torque Off (STO) function, which complies with the IEC/EN 61800-5-2 SIL2 safety standard.

Used for spindle drive and feed axis control, achieving high-precision cutting. For example, the MR-J4-200B driver paired with a 2KW servo motor can meet the dynamic response requirements of heavy-duty machine tools.
robot
Control the multi axis linkage of robot joints to ensure trajectory accuracy. The MR-J4-70A driver supports a maximum current output of 70A and is suitable for high-speed motion of six axis industrial robots.
packaging machinery
Realize synchronous control of material conveying, sealing, labeling and other processes. The speed control range of MR-JE-40A driver is up to 1:2000, suitable for different packaging speed requirements.
