The biochemical analyzer used in the laboratory has a large daily water volume and is mainly used for key processes such as calibration, blank testing, reaction cup cleaning, dilution of concentrated reagents, and flushing of instrument pipelines. Impurities in water can cause a higher blank absorbance value, which in turn affects the accuracy, stability, and repeatability of the test results. Stable and reliable pure water is the key to ensuring the reliability of every inspection report.
  The influence of impurities in water on biochemical detection
  1)ion
Ions in water can interfere with the measurement results of Mg ²+and Ca ² ⁺ ions.
The indicators detected by oxidase method are affected because many ions can affect the activity of enzymes, thereby affecting the measurement results.
