Remember! Proper use of walk-in high-low temperature laboratories is necessary to provide reliable data support
Date: 2025-08-13Read: 0

The walk-in high and low temperature laboratory can simulate different temperature conditions, helping engineers and scientists verify the performance of products in different environments. Whether it's automotive components, electronic products, or building materials, the walk-in high and low temperature laboratory can provide reliable data support. Proper usage is crucial to ensure the accuracy of test results and the safe operation of equipment.

1、 Parameter settings
1. Temperature and humidity settings
According to testing standards or product requirements, accurately set the required temperature and relative humidity values on the control panel. Reasonably arrange testing procedures to cover all possible environmental conditions for different materials and application scenarios. It is recommended to perform preheating or pre cooling operations first to gradually bring the laboratory environment closer to the set value, in order to reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on the samples.
2. Time cycle planning
Set the testing duration to ensure that the entire process covers all stages of environmental changes that the product may encounter. For long-term stability testing, it is also necessary to regularly record data for trend analysis. Some models support programming functions, which can set multiple temperature cycles or gradient changes to simulate more complex environmental conditions.
2、 Startup and Monitoring
1. Start the laboratory
Lightly press the start button to automatically run according to the preset parameters. At this point, it is important to closely monitor the various indicators on the display screen to ensure they meet expectations. If any abnormal situation is found (such as high temperature or uncontrolled humidity), immediately stop running and investigate the cause.
2. Real time monitoring
Use remote monitoring software or manually check the test progress at regular intervals to ensure that the temperature and humidity remain within the set range. Some models support SMS or email alarm functions, which notify users immediately once the security threshold is exceeded. Regularly record key data points for subsequent analysis and report writing.
3、 End and maintenance
1. End test
After the test is completed, first turn off the heating, humidification and other functions, and then cut off the main power after the temperature drops to room temperature. Do not directly cut off the power to avoid damaging the compressor or other critical components. Be careful when taking out the sample to avoid the risk of burns or frostbite. For samples containing moisture, they should be left to stand in a dry environment for a period of time to prevent secondary damage caused by condensation.
