Operation and use of electric blast drying oven
1. Put the items that need to be dried into the drying oven and close the oven door.
2. Turn the power switch to "1", the power switch will light up, and the display screen will show numbers.
3. According to the operating instructions of the temperature controller, set the required working temperature and working time (working time can be left blank).
4. The device will automatically operate under the required working conditions. After use, turn off the power switch and remove the item.
If the operating temperature is too high (usually above 70 ℃), be sure to wait until the equipment cools down before removing the item

II. Instructions for using temperature controller
1. Temperature setting
a. Under normal working conditions, press the SET button once to enter the temperature setting state. At this time, the PV display screen will show SP, and the SV display screen will flash *;
b. Press the shift button to shift the flashing to the desired position;
c. Press the down or up key to adjust the number to the desired value;
d. Press the SET button twice to restore the instrument to its normal working state, complete the temperature setting, and run the instrument according to the new set value.
2. Timer function
a. Under normal working conditions, press the SET button twice to enter the timer setting state. At this time, the PV display screen shows ST, the SV display screen shows 0, and flashes;
b. Press the shift button to shift the flashing to the desired position;
c. Press the down or up key to adjust the number to the desired value;
d. Press the SET button once to enter the timed operation state of the instrument, and the operation indicator light will flash at this time;
e. The timed function is to run. In the timed running state, press the shift button once, and the SV display screen will show the remaining timed time;
f. The remaining time of the timer is reset to zero, and the instrument enters the timer end state. At this time, the SV display screen shows End and flashes, and all indicator lights except for the wind speed indicator light are turned off;
g. In the timed end state, press the SET button once to restore the instrument to its normal working state.
h. In the timed end state, due to the temperature control part of the instrument stopping working, the measured value displayed on the PV screen will drop to the ambient temperature, which is a normal phenomenon.
i. If you do not need to use the timer function, be sure to set the timer time to zero.
j. During the operation of the timer function, if there is an unexpected power outage, the remaining time of the timer will automatically reset to zero after being powered on again.
k. The timing range of this device is 1 to 9999 minutes or 1 to 9999 hours.
