After-sales service
1. For all instruments purchased from our company, the warranty period is one year based on the date of the purchase invoice.
If the purchaser is a foreign unit and the instrument problem is indeed the responsibility of our company, the company will bear all the expenses incurred due to warranty.
3. If our company's products exceed the warranty period and need to be returned to the company for repair, the company will only charge for replacing components, parts, and upgrading. No repair fees will be charged.
During the warranty period, if the instrument is damaged due to improper use by the purchaser, our company will charge for parts and materials at our discretion.
5. Our company shall return the repaired instrument to the purchaser within one week after receiving the warranty instrument from the purchaser.
6. Upon receiving a warranty request from the purchaser, the company shall ensure that the warranty personnel are in place within the agreed period.
7. If the company's maintenance personnel fail to meet the above terms, the purchaser has the right to file a complaint with the company office.
