  Fully automatic thermal desorption instrumentIt is an efficient and accurate sample pretreatment device widely used in environmental monitoring, chemical analysis, food safety, industrial testing and other fields, for extracting and analyzing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in samples. It is based on thermal desorption technology, which heats the sample container (such as an adsorption tube) to desorb volatile organic compounds, and then performs qualitative and quantitative analysis through gas chromatography (GC) or other analytical equipment. Samples are usually collected in advance through adsorption tubes (such as Tenax, activated carbon, Silica, etc.), where volatile organic compounds are adsorbed onto the adsorbent material. In the desorption stage, the adsorption tube is heated to a preset temperature to release volatile organic compounds from the sample, which are then introduced into the gas chromatography system for separation and analysis.
