Mining explosion-proof electric ball valves are mainly used to control the flow rate, pressure, and flow direction switching of fluid media in flammable and explosive environments such as coal mines, ensuring safe operation. It is a fluid control equipment designed for explosive environments such as gas and dust in coal mines and metal mines. Its core is used for the on/off and regulation of underground water and gas circuits, and is a key component of mining automation dust prevention, fire extinguishing, ventilation and other systems.
The device is composed of an explosion-proof electric actuator and a ball valve body. The specific disassembly is as follows: firstly, the explosion-proof related components, including an explosion-proof shell, can prevent internal sparks from igniting external explosive gases. Some models use intrinsic safety circuits to limit voltage, current, etc. to avoid energy exceeding the standard; The second is the driving and transmission components, including DC motors providing power, matched with gearboxes to adjust speed and torque, ensuring smooth opening and closing of valves; The third is the control and indication components, equipped with control circuits to receive switch or analog signals, as well as limit switches to prevent valve overtravel. At the same time, they are equipped with LED indicator lights to display real-time working status such as opening and closing.
Corrosion resistance and adaptability:
The valve body and other parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel or 304/316L stainless steel, with anti-corrosion treatment on the inner wall, which can meet the needs of various types of water quality in coal mines.
Adapt to scenarios with poor water quality, wide water pressure range (0.2MPa~9.0MPa), and wide water temperature range (0-60 ℃ or -29 ℃~350 ℃) for automated dust reduction, fire prevention, and automatic control of water spraying.
Application scenarios
Spray dust suppression system: it is widely used in places such as underground belt conveyor transfer points and coal bunker coal scuppers in coal mines. It works with the automatic spray dust suppression device to control spray through valve opening and closing to reduce dust pollution during coal transportation.
Fire and cooling system: As a waterway control switch, it can quickly open the water supply channel in case of a fire, achieving automatic fire extinguishing; At the same time, it can lower the temperature of underground equipment and work areas through circulating water spraying.
Mine foundation system regulation: In the drainage system, drainage is automatically started based on water level signals to prevent underground water accumulation; The ventilation system can adjust the airflow size to ensure the air quality underground; In gas extraction systems, it is possible to accurately control the amount of gas transported and avoid risks caused by gas accumulation.
